Job Summary:
We are looking for a Fulfillment Specialist 1 to be responsible for pulling, packaging shipping and receiving of parts and associated equipment to Separators customers and field service staff. The fulfillment team serves as the central point for all sales and services throughout the organization. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with passion for serving the customer.

Pull and ship parts according to sales and job order requirements.
Package materials per company standards.
Ensure timely shipment of parts according to established due dates.
As necessary, coordinate logistics to pick up from and return to the facility.
Receive parts from suppliers ensuring count accuracy and shipment quality.
Receive parts from the Field Service team.
Perform the arithmetic functions such as add, subtract, multiply and divide.
Immediately report any lost or damaged parts to the Fulfillment Manager or VP of Operations.
Solve problems through troubleshooting and analyzing information.
Cooperate with purchasing on low inventory or stock-out situations.
Stock received parts properly within the warehouse and fulfillment areas.
Participate in periodical inventory cycle counting.
Safely operate forklifts and other industrial equipment necessary to perform tasks.
A willingness to occasionally work extended hours including being available for emergency shipments after hours and on weekends.
Utilize the ERP system, CRM and various other software tools to maintain inventory, schedule shipments and communicate with various departments.
Actively participate in continuous improvement activities such as lessons learned sessions, training and other process improvement sessions.
Represent Separators in alignment with the Separators Way.

High school diploma or equivalent
1+ years of customer service and/or part fulfilment experience.
Self-Starter, Ability to work independently under general supervision
Excellent organization and time management skills. Must be able to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
Team player with a strong desire to support team members and help the team win.
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
Sense of urgency to exceed internal and external customer expectations.
Demonstrated time management and prioritization skills with multitasking ability
Prior experience working with an ERP system, preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, SharePoint, TEAMS, etc.)
- Physical ability to safely perform job functions which require continuous viewing of a computer screen, repetitive typing and data entry as well as a high percentage of standing & sitting.
- Ability to perform tasks that require manual dexterity and physical endurance, such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds regularly and for extended periods.
Must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time
Available to work a minimum of 8 hours during a business day
Onsite work location in Indianapolis
Strong attention to detail and organization skills are essential
Ability to multi-task between several customer situations simultaneously
